So, now we are home. I am so glad. I'd be quite content to keep the gate closed, out here, JOTOLR, and the car in the garage until, oh....say, September? Maybe that's too soon, though....
This sunset occupied me for a good hour, night before last. Whenever I can feel it's going to "be a good one" I grab my camera and find the best aspect, locate a perch, and shoot photos to my hearts content.
Well...it's time to go milk Marigold. She's waiting patiently. Short post for today. I'll see you all tomorrow!
Elora -- The sunset photo was spectacular!
ReplyDeleteAt one time, like you, I traveled extensively at the drop of a hat -- going through big cities and driving highways. That was when I was much younger. Now, like you I love my home and only like to travel to small towns and the countryside and then only once in awhile.
Perhaps tomorrow will be another perfect farm day and you can enjoy it in the comfort of your farm. -- barbara
I do the same with sunrises -- the one this morning kept me on the front porch (and away from my coffee) for quite a while -- it just kept getting better.
